  Natural Harmony Foods, Inc.

Natural Harmony Foods is an independent, new food company dedicated to producing healthful, flavorful foods that fit the lifestyles of individuals looking to make better, health conscious diet choices without sacrificing taste.

We have married the taste and nutrition of beef and pork with the health benefits of soy in our SoLean® brand foods. SoLean® Flame Broiled Beef Patties, SoLean® Fully Cooked Pork Patties, SoLean® Cheeseburgers, and SoLean® Sausage Egg Muffin Sandwiches are 95% fat-free, high protein blends of lean ground meat and heart-healthy soy protein.

* We will follow the GMO issue regarding soy. If we become convinced that this concern is significant we will offer an "Identity Preserved, under 1% option." (Our suppliers tell us that "GMO Free" simply does not exist).

 
Executive Leadership
 
Sam D. Dewar
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
 

Sam Dewar founded Natural Harmony Foods, Inc., in 2001.

A seasoned food industry executive, Mr. Dewar brings three decades of sales, marketing and operations management experience to NHF, Inc. Notably, Mr. Dewar led well-known product divisions such as Pepperidge Farm and Uncle Ben's, for Campbell Soup Company and Mars Inc., respectively. While at Campbell, Mr. Dewar headed the company-wide team that first incorporated vegetable protein products into Campbell products. And, to date, Mr. Dewar has successfully introduced more than one hundred new food products.

During a five-year sabbatical from the industry, Mr. Dewar served as Executive Vice President at Sagaz Industries, Inc., which was recently acquired by Pennzoil Quaker-State.

Mr. Dewar earned his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and BA from Duke University.

 
 
Manuel Shapiro
Vice President
 

Manuel Schapiro is Vice President of Natural Harmony Foods, Inc.

Previously Mr.Schapiro served as Vice President of Sagaz Industries, Inc., the North
American leader in automotive seatcovers and cushions, until its acquisition
by Pennzoil-Quaker State in 2000. Mr.Schapiro was largely responsible for
the international sourcing, marketing, sales, product development and
strategy for the company. Mr.Schapiro continued working with Pennzoil-Quaker
State as Directorof through the end of 2000.

Mr.Schapiro's food industry experience began with Criadero Lo Estanque, Ltd., in Chile; as its Managing Director, Mr.Schapiro oversaw the international company's large-scale
agricultural operation; in addition to extensive organic vegetable and grain production, Criadero Lo Estanque was the largest producer of quail meat and quail eggs in South America. Mr.Schapiro's international business and management consulting experience spans over three decades and three continents.

Mr.Schapiro is a CPA. He earned his BA in Chile and a post-graduate degree from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
